Geoff Ind - Animation Tutor

Geoff IndGeoff is a highly motivated and much-nominated animation artist.  Having trained in New Zealand and Australia, Geoff began his animation career in 2001 at Slightly Off Beat Animation (later to become Anim8).

More recently he was employed with Walt Disney Animation in Sydney where he worked on six animated feature films, including Brother Bear 2, Cinderella 3 and Mickey, Donald and Goofy's The Three Musketeers.

Geoff says his favourite part of animation is when a character that he has been working on (sometimes for months at a stretch) as a series of hand drawn pictures, finally comes to life and starts moving around and acting with a life of their own.

"It's very rewarding to finally see the result of all of the hard work you and the other artists have put in."
