Note: In order to further develop the course, South Seas Film and Television School reserves the right to change or amend the schedule without prior notification.
 




School Hours

During Term One students will be expected to attend from Monday to Friday or Saturday (5 or 6 days per week), during the hours 8:30am to 5:00pm as a minimum requirement. 

During Terms Two and Three students will be expected to attend for up to 52 hours per week.  Extra course workshops and lectures will be held in the evenings and/or on Saturdays.

Equipment and facilities are available outside of school hours for approved projects and operators.


2009 Film and Television Calendar

2009 Applicant Interviews will take place from July to December 2008 by appointment.

  • Term One     Wednesday 28 January to Thursday 9 April (10 weeks)
  • Term Two     Monday 20 April to Friday 19 June (9 weeks)
  • Term Three  Monday 13 July to Friday 18 September (10 weeks)
  • Term Four    Monday 28 September to Friday 27 November (9 weeks)
Graduation   Mid-December 2009 (date to be confirmed)

Tuition Fees due: Wed 20th Jan
  • Term One     Wednesday 27th January to Thursday 2nd April (9 weeks)
  • Term Two     Monday 12th April to Friday 18th June (10 weeks)
  • Term Three   Monday 12th July to Friday 17th September (10 weeks)
  • Term Four    Monday 27th September to Friday 26th November (9 weeks)
Graduation Mid-December 2010 (Date to be confirmed)
