In the South Seas Diploma in Film & Television Production (FTV) we cover all the main production skills. In the first half of the year you will learn
- film and video camera operating
- lighting
- sound recording
- post production editing
- drama and documentary directing
- scriptwriting
- production planning
- on screen acting
- presenting and interviewing
- a range of studio production skills
During the second half of the year you can choose to specialise in two skills.
This diploma is total immersion - it is hands on, full on. You live it, eat it, sleep it, then do it all over again the next day.

Since leaving South Seas Zane has been at the forefront of television and film drama production in New Zealand and now works as a SPFX Producer.
