Tertiary Education Portal (TEd)
The tertiary education portal aims to be a one-stop-shop for access to information, services, news and contacts related to the tertiary education sector. It can be found at: www.ted.govt.nz
The portal combines the resources of a number of government and non-government agencies and organisations to provide facilitated access to information and services relevant to tertiary education in New Zealand.
The following key collaborative agencies are involved with this portal:
A comprehensive online resource for New Zealand students, they provide information on many facets of student life in NZ including accommodation options, job search facilities, textbooks and student discounts.

ROCHELLE LEEF | 2008
Rochelle is Production Assistant on TV3's Target consumer affairs show. During her South Seas course Rochelle did work experience for Top Shelf Productions. The Top Shelf production manager (also a South Seas graduate) was impressed by Rochelle’s commitment. When Rochelle graduated she mentioned that there was a job coming up on Target. The job was initially challenging but “it was what I expected and South Seas had really done a great job of preparing me for it. The work is intensive but it also feels good when you become more experienced and confident.” |
