Drawing for Animation workshop There are currently no Drawing for Animation workshops scheduled for 2012, although we anticipate running them according to demand.  Please contact South Seas if you would like to be put on our waiting list and contacted when new workshop dates are announced. This course introduces you to the techniques of classical drawing and their importance in animation including drawing with basic shapes, construction, understanding perspective, strong posing and expression. During the course you will: Learn to use basic construction to improve your drawings Draw using a variety of rendering techniques Design and draw an original character Learn to draw a range of different expressions Learn to show weight and form in your drawings Draw an environment for your character Learn to add lighting to your drawings Draw using perspective Venue:  South Seas Film, Television & Animation School, Unit 1/75 Ellice Road, Glenfield, Auckland Level: Beginner.
